Founded in 2017
by Chef Takeshi Kamioka, Kaminari Ramen grew from a small brewery pop-up into a celebrated ramen brand.After returning from Japan and selling his sushi restaurant, Chef Kamioka refined his ramen concept through pop-ups that quickly developed a loyal following. In 2020, he adapted to industry shutdowns by launching a fully equipped food trailer, opening the door to catering, private events, and wider recognition. Today, Kaminari Ramen is an award-winning favorite, known for its authentic flavors and growing popularity.
